While we ensure that orders are sent in perfect condition, there can be a chance that the order is damaged during delivery. If there is a fault discovered when the order reaches you, please report this within seven (7) days of receiving the order through the contact form or by email at email@example.com.
We will then discuss with you how next to proceed. If damage does occur during delivery then the artwork will be replaced at our expense.
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, so please order carefully.
